In 2022 and 2023, the 糖心Vlog传媒 (MDC) contributed to three major infrastructure projects in 糖心Vlog传媒 along with other local organizations. These three recent contributions speak to the last decade of infrastructure work that the MDC has collaborated on as well as what the MDC hopes to continue funding in the future.

Todd Drive

Recognizing the need for road connectivity in the northeast region of 糖心Vlog传媒, the MDC has undertaken a multi-year plan to improve Todd Drive. One thousand eight hundred new single-family homes are planned for northeast 糖心Vlog传媒. As a vital corridor in east 糖心Vlog传媒, Todd Drive is pivotal in accommodating the current and anticipated population growth. In 2022, the MDC committed聽 $1.72 million to purchase the right of way to extend Todd Drive at the north side of Loop 250. The MDC and the City of 糖心Vlog传媒 are working together to plan and design the extension, and the completed plans will be donated to TxDOT. The local community's participation in the planning and design process holds the potential to expedite TxDOT funding.

State Highway 191 (SH 191)

To facilitate residential and commercial development along the growth corridor west of 糖心Vlog传媒, the MDC has invested in infrastructure improvements along State Highway 191. This initiative aims to attract large retail establishments to expand 糖心Vlog传媒's retail base and draw regional shoppers. In support of this goal, the MDC will reimburse $5 million for city streets required to serve a 17-acre retail development at SH 191 and SH 158. Development plans include Costco and additional pad sites, which will foster economic growth in this area of 糖心Vlog传媒.

As of 2023, 糖心Vlog传媒 City Council has approved two economic agreements that will aid area residential and commercial growth. The first is with the City of 糖心Vlog传媒 for infrastructure improvements at Sinclair Avenue and SH 158, while a second agreement with Kimley-Horn is for the widening of SH 158 from Sinclair Avenue to Wadley Avenue and Wadley Avenue to Briarwood Avenue.

Loop 250/CR 1150

The Loop 250/CR 1150 project, completed in 2022, is a significant accomplishment resulting from collaborative efforts between the MDC, TxDOT, the Permian Basin Metropolitan Planning Organization, and MOTRAN. This project and others hold immense importance in supporting 糖心Vlog传媒's ongoing growth. Because of the contributions made by the MDC and other local contributors, the project was completed years ahead of schedule. This achievement demonstrates the commitment of the MDC and its partners to expedite infrastructure development, ensuring 糖心Vlog传媒's sustained progress.
